If you are looking for Forms, Publicatons and other
documents pertaining to the District, click on the log-in button.

If you need to report a work order, technology issue or
a transportation request please send an email
to b.rivas@wued.org and she will forward the request through
the proper channels.

Transportation Request Instructions

Fill out the top fields all the way to the requestor fields. Once you are done, click on the submit button. Next, your Outlook client will popup meaning that you are sending this form through email. Fill in the body of the email as to what this request is about and send your email.

That is it.

You need to submit a request via MyTechDesk if you want to see the progress. If you don't, then all you have to do is submit the file and send it via email.
