Pre-Construction and Lease-Leaseback Services
Westmorland Union Elementary School District is seeking qualified firms to partner with us on two exciting upcoming facility projects — the construction of a new gymnasium and an ELOP (Expanded Learning Opportunities Program) building.
All proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 12, 2025.
